Business Immigration Associate — Immigration, Dallas

Experienced business immigration associate role on a dedicated immigration team serving corporate clients across sectors. You'll work on complex immigration matters, execute filings and case strategy, and collaborate with regional and firmwide teams using established technology and process standards.

The role requires independent case management, client-facing work, and mentoring junior colleagues. You will contribute to process improvement, client service, and business development while following firm protocols for risk, compliance, and file management.

• U.S. JD or LLM
• Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and experience preparing and filing complex matters
• Proven written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and to mentor junior staff; prior team management preferred
