Join a dedicated immigration practice supporting corporate clients on a wide range of business immigration matters. This role offers the chance to take ownership of files, work collaboratively with experienced practitioners, and apply technical immigration law to client-specific strategies.

As a senior member of the client team you will manage assignments with limited supervision, prepare and file complex submissions, research technical issues, and communicate solutions to clients and stakeholders. The position includes supervising more junior staff, contributing to process improvement, and participating in business development activities.

U.S. JD or LLM
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
3–5 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration law and experience preparing and filing complex matters
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
Prior team management or supervisory experience preferred
