An opportunity is available for an experienced business immigration associate to join a dedicated immigration practice in Dallas. The role offers the chance to work alongside a talented, collegial team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment focused exclusively on immigration law.

You will serve as a business advisor to clients, formulating immigration strategies for complex matters, engaging with middle and senior management stakeholders, and independently managing case preparation and filing. The position also involves mentoring and supervising junior team members, contributing to process improvements, and supporting business development efforts.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, DC bar
5–8 years of experience at associate level
Comprehensive knowledge of immigration law
Prior team management experience preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated attention to detail and dedication to client service
