Progressive law firm seeks a Business Immigration Associate to join its Atlanta immigration team. The role offers focused practice on corporate immigration matters within a collaborative, team-oriented environment that leverages technology and firmwide resources.

The associate will handle case preparation and filings, research complex immigration issues, develop practical strategies, and manage client communications. You will act as a senior team member on matters, supervise and mentor junior staff, and help maintain quality, compliance, and file-management standards.

There is scope to contribute to process improvement, assist with business development activities, and collaborate with colleagues regionally and firmwide.

U.S. JD or LLM
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
3–5 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration law and related documentation
Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior staff preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional client service
