Transactional Tax Associate — Tax (multi-office, US)

An established global law firm is seeking a transactional tax associate to join its tax practice supporting M&A and private equity transactions. This role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will work on deal-oriented transactional matters with corporate teams.

The team is looking for candidates with immediately transferable transactional tax experience, strong analytical and writing abilities, excellent organization and judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. The position offers a hybrid working pattern with regular in‑office presence.

• JD from an accredited law school
• 2+ years of transactional tax experience (M&A/private equity focus)
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred
