Products Liability Associate — Litigation, Atlanta

Well-established litigation team in Atlanta is seeking a junior-to-mid level products liability associate. The role focuses on pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare-related product liability and medical malpractice litigation across all phases of litigation.

Successful candidates will join a busy practice supporting trial and pretrial work, including drafting, discovery, deposition preparation and trial support. The team values strong writing, courtroom preparation experience and the ability to manage matters in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, with products liability, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical or medical device experience preferred
• Barred and authorized to practice in the State of Georgia
• Strong academic record and excellent legal writing skills
• Experience preparing for trials and depositions; comfortable with fast-paced, client-facing litigation work
