Apply in confidence →Top-tier, market-leading crypto practice is hiring a 2–6 year associate to join a crypto-exclusive litigation and regulatory-defense team. The role is industry-focused: you will spend 100% of your time on cryptocurrency and blockchain matters across litigation, bankruptcy, product counseling, regulatory advice and enforcement defence.
The team handles high-profile disputes, creditor/debtor matters in crypto bankruptcies, and regulatory enforcement work for digital-asset clients. This is a fast-paced role for candidates with demonstrable crypto and blockchain knowledge who want broad, hands-on experience across related practice areas.
The position is open to candidates across the firm's U.S. offices and will involve close collaboration with litigators, restructuring lawyers and regulatory specialists.
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you are applying
- 2–6 years post-qualification experience
- Excellent academic record and strong writing skills
- Solid working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain required
- Prior experience in crypto-related litigation, bankruptcy, products, regulatory counseling or government investigations preferred
