Apply in confidence →Seeking a Litigation staff attorney with experience in consumer finance matters. The role supports a busy litigation team handling regulatory and contested consumer-credit issues, including drafting motions, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlements.
The position is open to candidates across multiple U.S. offices; preferred locations include Jacksonville or Orlando. Candidates must be barred and reside in a U.S. jurisdiction where the firm maintains an office. The team values collaboration, high performance, and client service.

- Minimum 3 years of transferable litigation experience, preferably with consumer finance matters (banks, lenders, credit card issuers, loan servicers).
- Barred and residing in a U.S. jurisdiction where the employer has an office.
- Strong drafting and motion practice skills; proven ability to negotiate settlements.
- Excellent research, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Able to work in-office at least three days per week.
