Business Lawyer — Banking & Finance

Experienced banking and finance lawyer role open across multiple offices in Germany. The team advises on a broad range of financing matters including lending, acquisition finance and restructuring, with regular cross-border work.

This is a practice-focused role for candidates who enjoy transactional work, drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security packages and related documentation, and who can work closely with deal teams and clients across jurisdictions.

• German-qualified lawyer or eligible to practise in Germany
• Practical experience on banking and finance transactions (lending, acquisition finance, refinancing or restructuring)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on finance documentation
• Fluent German and professional working English
