Midlevel litigation role in a busy New York business litigation team representing corporations and individuals in complex federal and state court matters and alternative dispute resolution.

The team handles large, sophisticated commercial disputes; the role offers regular collaboration with experienced litigators on locally- and nationally-significant matters in a collegial environment. • 3–5 years litigation experience (midlevel associate)
• At least one year of litigation experience at a law firm; judicial clerkship preferred
