Our New York office seeks an associate to join the Business Restructuring & Reorganization practice, focusing on Chapter 11 bankruptcies and corporate restructurings.

Represent corporate debtors, creditors' committees, individual creditors, and third-party purchasers.
Manage day-to-day workflow and client relationships for a varied portfolio of restructuring matters.
Handle all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring transactions.

Ideal candidates will have three to six years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience at a leading law firm, a high level of academic achievement, and either comparable law-firm experience or a judicial clerkship.
