Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Associate — New York

Join a market-leading business restructuring and reorganization team in New York focusing on special situations financing and top-of-capital-structure matters. The role offers exposure to high-profile chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Candidates will work on liability management transactions, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings, bankruptcy exit financings and other special situations financings, representing creditors and borrowers, including hedge funds, CLOs, private equity sponsors and other financial institutions.

• Law school class years 2019 023
• Experience representing creditors or borrowers on liability management, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings or special situations financings
• Experience in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings
• Strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills
