Mid–Senior Associate — Restructuring & Debt Restructurings (New York)

Established New York practice seeks a mid‑ to senior‑level associate to support alternative investments, liability management and debt‑restructuring matters. The role focuses on liability management transactions and the finance aspects of distressed reorganizations and Chapter 11 proceedings.

The team advises on complex restructuring strategies across creditor, debtor and sponsor contexts. Candidates will work on multi‑party restructurings, distressed financings and related commercial arrangements.

• Mid‑ to senior‑level associate with demonstrable experience in liability management transactions or finance aspects of debt restructurings
• Practical experience with distressed debt, Chapter 11 and restructuring techniques
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills and experience working on multi‑party restructurings
