Mid-Level Associate, Alternative Investments & Derivatives

• Mid-level associate with demonstrable experience in fixed-income derivatives and structured credit transactions
• Strong working knowledge of ISDA, MRA/GMRA and related market documentation
• Experience with security agreements and structured finance documentation
• Familiarity with regulatory issues affecting derivatives and structured credit in transactional settings
