Senior Associate, Finance — New York

Experienced finance associate role on a leading New York finance team advising sponsor-side clients on leveraged and structured financings. The team handles a broad range of transactions including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, secured and unsecured offerings, and liability management matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements; managing due diligence; and leading transaction execution from documentation through closing.

Seeking candidates with strong academic credentials and prior experience at a top-tier large New York firm. A detailed deal sheet / full list of transactional matters will be required as part of the application.

• 7+ years PQE in leveraged finance, sponsor-side or similar transactional experience
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements
• Experience with leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, secured and unsecured offerings, and liability management
• Strong academics and prior experience at a top-tier New York firm preferred
