Capital Markets Associate (Junior to Mid-Level)

Our Capital Markets group is seeking junior to mid-level associates (class of 2024–2022) with strong capital markets experience to join our Toronto office. The ideal candidate is New York barred, has trained at a leading law firm, and has U.S. capital markets experience, with an interest in ultimately relocating to Toronto.
