Capital Markets Associate — Securities, Dallas

Mid-level associate opportunity in Dallas for a capital markets lawyer to join a national securities practice. The role focuses on representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant transactional securities experience and be an active member of the Texas bar. • 3–5 years of capital markets / securities transactional experience (underwriters, issuers, placement agents)
