Associate, Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance — Dallas

A Dallas-based associate role for candidates with recent law school graduation (classes 2020–2024) to join a national corporate team. The position focuses on advising public companies on corporate governance matters, including governance issues arising in IPOs and other public offerings.

Work will also involve securities regulation matters, primarily Exchange Act disclosure and related regulatory compliance. The team seeks candidates with strong academic records and clear written and research abilities.

• Law school graduation year 2020–2024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, including governance in IPOs
• Experience with securities regulation, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrable writing and research skills
