Corporate M&A Associate — Dallas

Mid-level associate opportunity in a major firm's corporate group to join a busy Mergers & Acquisitions team in the Dallas office. The role involves leading substantive aspects of middle‑market M&A and private equity transactions, from due diligence through signing and closing.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating acquisition and equity documents, supporting securities work and related investment agreements, and acting as a core member of deal teams to produce client-ready deliverables. Candidates must be actively admitted to the Texas bar.

• 3–5 years of post-qualification transactional experience (M&A, private equity, venture capital)
• Experience with securities offerings and securities law compliance
• Proven drafting and negotiation experience on complex M&A and PE transactions
• Track record running key deal components from due diligence through closing
• Active member of the Texas bar
