Capital Markets Associate — Securities, New York

An established corporate capital markets team in New York is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–7 years of public securities experience. The role focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and equity-linked transactions, and advising public companies on SEC and exchange reporting and corporate governance matters.

Successful candidates will join a national/international practice handling transactions across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences clients, working closely with deal teams and managing day-to-day client demands. • 3–7 years of capital markets/public securities experience at a national or international law firm
• Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in public offerings, including IPOs and equity-linked transactions
• Familiarity advising public companies on SEC and exchange reporting, disclosure and corporate governance
• Comfort managing client relationships and high-volume transaction workflows
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
