Join a leading US law firm’s capital markets team in New York supporting public company and securities work. The role focuses on public offerings (including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions), advising issuers and underwriters, and routine public-company counseling.

Work will include SEC and exchange reporting and compliance, corporate governance matters, and handling day-to-day client workflow for technology, consumer/retail and life‑sciences clients. The team seeks candidates used to fast-paced deal timelines and high-quality client service in a national or international firm environment.

3–7 years of capital markets / public securities experience
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters on public offerings (IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions)
Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance
Background in a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
