Top-tier New York office seeking a capital markets associate with 3–7 years of public securities experience. The role focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings (including IPOs and equity-linked transactions) and advising public companies on SEC and exchange reporting and corporate governance matters.

Ideal candidates will have worked in a national or international law firm capital markets practice, demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and day-to-day deal/workflow demands, and a strong academic record. The team regularly advises clients across technology, consumer/retail and life sciences sectors.

3–7 years' PQE in capital markets/public securities at a national or international law firm
Experience on public offerings (IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions)
Advising public companies on SEC/exchange reporting and corporate governance
Strong client-management, organizational skills and ability to handle sophisticated, time-sensitive matters
High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
