Capital Markets Associate — Securities, New York

Seeking a junior-to-mid level capital markets associate to join a major New York securities team supporting commercial mortgage securitizations. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing disclosure and offering materials and working directly with clients and deal teams.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate lending and/or capital markets. Familiarity with commercial real estate is helpful but not required; training and on-the-job mentorship will be provided.

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in capital markets, securities, or real estate lending transactions
• Experience drafting or reviewing offering documents and disclosure materials
• Comfort interacting with clients and collaborating with deal teams
• Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of securities regulations
