Capital Markets Associate — Securities, New York

Seeking an associate to join a Capital Markets team in New York on a partnership-track basis. The role focuses on securities and capital-markets work supporting sophisticated corporate transactions for clients across industries.

Candidates with experience or interest in the power & utilities sector and/or asset-backed securitizations are encouraged to apply, though these are not strict requirements. The team values strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent drafting and communication skills.

• 1–5 years post-qualification (PQE) in capital markets, securities, or related corporate transactions
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Strong academic record and demonstrated analytical and writing skills
• Prior experience or genuine interest in power & utilities work or asset-backed securitizations preferred
