Top-tier US capital markets team is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 2–3 years of experience in public equity and/or debt offerings. The role is open to candidates based in San Francisco, New York, or Boston.

The team advises technology and life‑sciences companies, as well as investment banks and institutional investors, on IPOs, follow‑on offerings and other public capital‑raising matters. The position offers exposure across equity and debt transactions and ongoing public company work.

The group emphasizes collegiality, formal training and mentoring, and career development through client‑facing matter experience and internal learning programs.

2–3 years of securities / capital markets experience at a major or peer law firm
Substantive experience with public equity and/or debt offerings (IPOs, follow‑ons, debt issuances)
Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication, and strong organizational skills
Bar membership in the state where the attorney will practice
