Leading national law firm is seeking a capital markets associate to join its Washington office supporting the commercial mortgage securitization practice. The role involves drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials and supporting transactional work.

Ideal candidates will work directly with clients and internal deal teams on securitizations and related capital markets matters. Familiarity with commercial real estate lending is preferred but not required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in capital markets and/or real estate lending (PQE 2+)
Experience drafting and reviewing offering/disclosure documents
Comfortable interacting with clients and collaborating with deal teams
Strong transactional drafting and attention to detail
