Seeking a lateral partner to join the capital markets practice of a well-established, national law firm’s Raleigh office. The role will focus on advising issuers, underwriters and corporate clients on public and private securities offerings and related financing transactions.

The successful candidate will lead transactions, develop client relationships and collaborate with cross-office teams on complex capital markets matters. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be considered in assessing fit and compensation.

Proven partner-level capital markets experience (public and private offerings, SEC and disclosure matters)
Track record of originating and leading transactions and managing client relationships
Strong technical drafting and deal-management skills
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Raleigh office
