Civil Litigation Associate — Litigation, Cincinnati

Growing civil defense team in Cincinnati is seeking a mid-level associate with strong civil litigation skills to handle a range of matters, including general liability, premises liability and products liability. The role offers hands-on responsibility on complex civil defense matters in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2–7 years of relevant litigation experience. Admission to the Ohio Bar is required; admission to or willingness to pursue admission to the Kentucky Bar is a plus. Prior insurance defense experience is preferred but candidates with solid litigation backgrounds from other areas will be considered.

• 2–7 years of civil litigation experience (civil defense experience preferred)
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar required; Kentucky admission or willingness to obtain preferred
• Strong courtroom and motion practice skills, with ability to manage casework across general liability, product liability and premises liability matters
• Team-oriented, professional communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative practice
