Well-established Cincinnati office seeks an experienced Immigration Partner or Of Counsel to join its immigration practice. The role focuses on business- and employment-based immigration work for corporate clients and HR teams, including global mobility programs.

The successful candidate will manage a varied docket of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, handle RFEs and audits, and provide strategic advice on USCIS, DOL and DOS processes. This is a client-facing role that requires strong case management, legal writing, and communication skills.

JD and admission to practice in the U.S.
8+ years' immigration experience, with substantive business/employment-based immigration work
Proven experience with nonimmigrant visas (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-2) and immigrant petitions (e.g., EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM)
Strong knowledge of USCIS, DOL and DOS procedures; experience responding to RFEs and audits
Excellent legal research, writing, client communication, and case-management skills
