Seeking an experienced business immigration attorney to join a large, national immigration practice. This flexible role supports a full range of U.S. employment visa work with responsibility for reviewing and preparing immigration petitions and related filings.

The position is remote-eligible but requires residence in a state with a local office. The role is non-partner track and emphasizes substantive practice work over client-development or administrative obligations. The lawyer will participate in firmwide in-person events and have access to training, development resources, and modern practice technology.

Juris Doctor and active bar membership in primary state of residence; must remain in good standing
Minimum 5+ years' experience practicing business immigration as a licensed attorney
Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice handling employment-based visas
Strong legal research, drafting, proofreading, and affidavit/brief-writing skills
Excellent organization, case-management and time-management abilities
