We are seeking a Counsel-level litigator to join a mass torts team handling asbestos, talc and other product-liability matters. The role involves managing contested cases through discovery, depositions and motion practice, with considerable autonomy and day-to-day collaboration with a multi‑disciplinary litigation team.

The team emphasizes strategic, fact-driven defense work and mentorship of junior lawyers and staff. The position may require periodic travel for hearings, depositions and client meetings; flexible, part-time or remote arrangements will be considered.

3–5 years' experience in toxic tort, talc, or product liability litigation
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Missouri (bar required)
Excellent written and oral advocacy and legal research skills
Strong interpersonal skills; experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers and working with paralegals
Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively; willingness to travel as needed
