E-Discovery Litigation Attorney — Winston-Salem, NC

Seeking an e-discovery litigation attorney to join a litigation team in Winston-Salem. The role combines hands-on discovery work with a focus on implementing and improving AI-enabled review workflows and other emerging legal technologies.

Responsibilities include document review and quality control, privilege review, data collections and productions, and supporting discovery strategy, deposition and trial preparation. This is a team attorney/counsel-track role with a lower billable-hour expectation than traditional partnership-track positions.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• 2–5 years’ experience in litigation, investigations, e-discovery, or related practice areas.
• Experience with Relativity, TAR/technology-assisted review, analytics, or other AI-assisted review tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; interest in legal technology and process improvement.
