Corporate & Securities Associate (M&A) — Winston-Salem

Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy Corporate & Securities group based in Winston-Salem. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters, supporting deal execution across the transaction lifecycle.

You'll work with partners and cross-office teams on acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and governance matters, managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating closings.

• 3–6 years' experience in M&A and corporate law
• Demonstrated experience with corporate reorganizations, governance, transaction document drafting/negotiation, and due diligence
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters, work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong academic credentials
• Admitted to the North Carolina bar or eligible for admission
