Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation (Winston-Salem)

Leading national law firm is seeking experienced lateral partners to expand its Corporate, Intellectual Property (including patent/IP litigation) and Litigation teams. The firm values partners who can build and lead practices, collaborate across offices, and support growth in priority regions.

Priority practice areas include M&A and corporate governance, patent and IP litigation, ERISA/employee benefits, and complex mass-torts litigation. The firm is particularly interested in partners with portable practices who can contribute immediate client relationships and origination capability.

Preferred locations include Southeast offices with flexibility to consider strong candidates in other U.S. markets; opportunities to collaborate on opening or expanding regional offices may be available.

• Established partner track record at a law firm, with demonstrable client development and leadership experience
• Portable practice and proven book of business preferred
• Substantive experience in one or more: M&A, corporate governance, IP/patent litigation, ERISA/employee benefits, or complex plaintiff/defense litigation
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage teams and mentor associates
• Licensed to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions (or willing to obtain admission)
