Partner — Corporate & Employment (Winston-Salem)

Senior partner hire to lead and grow corporate, employment/ERISA and IP litigation work from the Winston-Salem office. The role is focused on developing a portable transactional and/or litigation practice, collaborating with regional teams and helping expand client relationships across the Southeast.

Ideal candidates will have an established book of business, proven rainmaking ability, and a track record of leading client matters and teams. The team values flexibility across corporate, employment and IP matters and offers a partner compensation structure that can include salary and equity considerations.

• Portable book of business of 850k+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions, employment/ERISA or IP litigation
• Proven business development and client-management record
• Ability to collaborate regionally and support office growth in the Southeast
