Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, Winston-Salem

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow intellectual property (with emphasis on patent litigation) and corporate transactional work from the firm's Winston-Salem office. The role will focus on originating and managing complex IP disputes and corporate matters while developing business across the southeastern U.S.

Priority will be given to candidates with an established portable client base who can collaborate across offices to expand regional capabilities, including potential office openings. Compensation structures and equity participation are flexible and considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and/or corporate transactions
• Proven client origination and business development record
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work across multiple offices
