Civil Litigation Associate — Mass Tort & Product Liability, Minneapolis

Seeking an experienced civil litigation associate to join a busy Mass Tort & Product Liability team in Minneapolis. The role involves managing cases through all phases of litigation with increasing autonomy, including factual investigation, discovery management, pleadings and motions, and deposition practice.

The associate will work closely with a team that represents clients in technology, manufacturing and transportation sectors. The position requires strong judgment, the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure, and clear communication of strategy to internal teams and clients.

• 5–8 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with mass tort or product liability matters
• Experience handling discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and taking/defending depositions
• Active Minnesota bar license or commitment to obtain promptly; additional licensure in CA, FL, or TX preferred
• Strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and under pressure
