Join a national legal team as a Client Contracts Lawyer supporting client‑facing contracting across multiple UK offices. This role sits in the General Counsel/Legal Operations area and focuses on drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial, technology and AI‑related client agreements.

The role is full time and hybrid (regular office days expected). You will partner with practice groups and commercial teams to ensure contracts are legally compliant, commercially pragmatic and aligned with internal governance, risk and policy frameworks.

There is scope to lead process improvements, champion contract‑management tools and contribute to policy and project work across the central legal function.

  • Qualified solicitor with approximately 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and technology contracts; experience in a firm or in‑house legal team desirable.
  • Strong commercial judgment, analytical skills and clear, practical advice drafting.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters at pace, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Interest in legal technology, contract management and process improvement.
