Join a national commercial and regulatory practice as a Solicitor advising on a broad range of commercial contracts. You will work on technology and supply/services agreements, SaaS and outsourcing arrangements, framework agreements and bespoke terms across multiple sectors including technology, energy and the public sector.

The role sits in a collaborative team that provides cross-office support on commercial, data and regulatory issues. You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, build client relationships and contribute to business development and knowledge sharing.

This position is based in Birmingham with a flexible hybrid working pattern and is open to newly qualified solicitors and trainees approaching qualification who want structured development and mentoring.

Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial contract work (or trainee approaching qualification)
Strong drafting, negotiation and written communication skills
Commercial awareness and ability to understand client objectives
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing deadlines
