Experienced employment litigator sought to join a dedicated client team supporting a large management-side client. The role focuses on defending employers in single- and multi-plaintiff employment litigation, with responsibility for full-cycle litigation tasks including strategy, research, pleadings, discovery, motion practice and dispositive motions.

This position offers a flexible, primarily remote structure while providing meaningful litigation work and access to firm-wide training and development. The role does not carry shareholder or partner business-development expectations and has a lower billable-hours target than traditional partner-track roles. Candidates must reside in a state where the hiring firm maintains a physical office.

Active and good-standing bar membership in California (and any other jurisdiction required by the candidate's residence)
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant employment litigation experience (law firm or in-house)
Proven litigation skills: legal research, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, motion practice, and preparing dispositive motions
Strong analytical and writing ability, excellent organization and multitasking skills, and client-service orientation
Self-motivated and responsive given the remote nature of the role; able to collaborate with attorneys and support staff
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
