Part-Time Litigation Attorney — Defense Litigation

National litigation firm seeking part-time and limited-engagement defense litigators across the United States. This role offers flexible scheduling (25%–100% FTE considered) with opportunities for appearances, depositions, trials, and client-facing work while reporting into established local and national teams.

Openings are available in multiple states, with current needs across Arizona, California, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah. Practice groups are seeking candidates with experience across a range of defense matters including employment, commercial, construction, healthcare, insurance and product liability disputes.

• Admitted and in good standing to practice in the state of application
• 3–10 years of civil litigation experience (defense-side preferred)
• Strong litigation skills: motion practice, depositions, hearings and trial exposure
• Excellent writing, research and oral advocacy; able to manage assignments with limited supervision
