Apply in confidence →A mid-level litigation associate is sought to join a busy regulatory practice focusing on CFTC matters, including work involving crypto and prediction-market participants. The team handles enforcement, litigation and regulatory counseling for clients regulated by the CFTC and related agencies.
This role offers substantial exposure to high-profile regulatory matters and government regulators, with strong mentorship and structured associate development. The position is open to candidates based in several U.S. offices.
Candidates with law firm litigation experience are encouraged to apply; current or former CFTC staff or attorneys from CFTC-regulated entities are also welcome.
- 3–5 years post-qualification litigation experience, with significant CFTC / Commodity Exchange Act experience
- Experience in regulatory enforcement and related litigation matters; familiarity with crypto/fintech matters preferred
- Admission to practice and in good standing in the hiring jurisdiction
