This is an open role across multiple U.S. offices (California or New York preferred) focusing on strategic employer counseling and transactional employment support.
The position involves counseling employers on workforce strategy and compliance, advising senior leaders and HR on high‑stakes matters, and supporting M&A and other corporate transactions on employment-related risk. Ideal candidates are practical, client-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team for technology and private equity clients.
- Minimum ~5 years’ post‑qualification experience in labor & employment law at a law firm.
- Member in good standing of the California or New York Bar (depending on office).
- Current or recent experience in a Chambers‑ranked Labor & Employment group preferred.
- Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication, and proven client counseling skills.
