Experienced labor & employment attorney to join a busy New York office focused on counseling and litigation for hospitality-sector employers, including restaurants, boutique hotels and nightlife venues. The role combines day-to-day employment counseling with defense of wage-and-hour, discrimination and related employment claims.

The position involves leading litigation (first-chair) in individual and class wage-and-hour matters, advising on New York State and New York City employment rules, and providing practical client counseling tailored to hospitality employers. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment and handling both counseling and courtroom responsibilities.

J.D. and active admission to the New York bar required
4–8 years of post-qualification experience in employment law
Experience as first-chair in discrimination and/or wage-and-hour litigation; class action wage-and-hour experience required
Experience counseling on New York State and New York City employment matters; familiarity with the New York State Hospitality Wage Order preferred
Strong legal research and writing skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
