Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment and handling both counseling and courtroom responsibilities.
- J.D. and active admission to the New York bar required
- 4–8 years of post-qualification experience in employment law
- Experience as first-chair in discrimination and/or wage-and-hour litigation; class action wage-and-hour experience required
- Experience counseling on New York State and New York City employment matters; familiarity with the New York State Hospitality Wage Order preferred
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
