Senior associates are sought for a major finance team in New York to work on structured finance, asset-backed and leveraged lending matters. The role focuses on private securities offerings, securitizations and bank lending transactions, with opportunities to work on CLO, ABS and CMBS matters.

Candidates will join a capital markets/finance group advising lenders, issuers and arrangers on transaction documentation, regulatory and closing processes. The position offers exposure to complex, market-facing deals within a high‑volume firm practice.

2–6+ years' post-qualification experience in structured finance, securitization, private securities offerings or bank lending (including syndicated, asset-backed or structured lending)
CLO, ABS and/or CMBS experience strongly preferred but not required
Proven law firm transaction experience and strong drafting and deal‑execution skills
Excellent academic credentials and professional references
