Join a global finance team recruiting junior to mid-level associates to support CLO, ABL and broader structured finance and securitization work. The role sits across multiple international offices and will involve advising on structured lending and asset-backed transactions for corporate and institutional borrowers.

Candidates will work on deal execution, drafting and negotiating finance documentation, and coordinating with cross-border teams. The team offers exposure to a range of asset classes and structured financing products within a large international platform.

Junior to mid-level associate with transactional experience in CLO, ABL, securitization or related structured finance work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on finance documentation (facility agreements, intercreditor, security and related documents)
Commercial awareness of structured finance markets and asset-backed transactions
Qualified lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction or equivalent transactional experience; comfortable working across international teams
