An established banking and finance team is hiring a mid-level associate to support its CLO and structured finance practice in New York. The role focuses on CLO transactions and related securitizations, warehouse financings and other complex structured financings.

The team works on a range of securitization and asset-backed financing matters for financial institutions and sponsors. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, transaction-focused group with exposure to market-leading structured finance work and cross-office support.

Juris Doctor and admission to practice in the U.S.
Approximately 5–7 years' PQE in CLO, securitization or structured finance transactions.
Practical experience with CLO documentation, warehouse facilities and asset-backed financings.
Strong drafting, transaction-management and client-facing skills; ability to work in a fast-paced deal environment.
