Join an in-house legal and compliance function supporting a renewable energy business. The role offers hands-on, commercially focused work across commercial contracting, governance, compliance and risk, with visibility and the chance to influence policy and processes.

You will work closely with commercial and operational stakeholders to provide pragmatic legal and compliance advice, support due diligence and contract-management activities, and help translate regulatory developments into practical guidance for the business.

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE
Experience in commercial contracts and in-house compliance work
Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
