Senior technology contracts role in a global law firm’s London technology team. The position focuses on drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial and technology agreements across cross-border matters.

Work will cover complex technology and outsourcing transactions including software licensing, cloud and hosting, outsourcing, reseller/distribution arrangements, consulting and professional services agreements, website terms and related commercial IP issues. The team advises clients across technology, fintech, data, healthcare, energy, financial services and retail sectors.

The firm seeks an ambitious, client-focused lawyer who enjoys working in international, multi-disciplinary teams and contributing to business development and client relationship workstreams.

Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial and technology contracts
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on technology, outsourcing and software agreements
Comfortable working on cross-border transactions and with clients across multiple sectors
Commercial mindset, attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
Client-facing experience and willingness to participate in business development
