You will handle a genuinely mixed commercial litigation practice: High Court litigation and case management, urgent applications and injunctive relief, reputation and crisis management, online content and intermediary liability, information‑law issues (defamation, privacy, breach of confidence) and contentious data protection work.
The team offers early client contact and responsibility while working alongside senior lawyers on complex, time‑sensitive matters. The role suits someone comfortable with fast‑paced, confidential work and keen to develop a broad disputes and media/information practice.
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
- Proven High Court commercial litigation experience (case management, witness evidence, trial preparation, ADR).
- Demonstrable experience or strong interest in media and information law (defamation, privacy, breach of confidence, data protection disputes, reputation management).
- Experience of urgent applications/injunctive relief and online content/intermediary liability desirable.
- Exposure to cyber incident response and follow‑on litigation or regulatory issues desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgment and the ability to provide clear commercial advice; appetite for business development.
