The group acts for corporate, government and individual clients across property, leasing, insolvency, regulatory investigations and commercial disputes.

The role offers exposure to varied contested work including property disputes, shareholder and trust disputes, director and officer matters, insolvency-related litigation, insurance indemnity disputes and white-collar/criminal-related commercial matters. You will work in a collaborative team alongside experienced litigators and support staff.

2-4 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
Proven experience across general commercial disputes; exposure to insolvency, regulatory, property or leasing disputes advantageous.

Ability to manage a busy caseload, work collaboratively and contribute positively to team culture.
